Revelation

1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and wonderful: seven angels having the seven last plagues. For in them is filled up the wrath of God.

2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire, and them that had overcome the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God:

3And singing the canticle of Moses, the servant of God, and the canticle of the Lamb, saying: Great and wonderful are thy works, O Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, O King of ages.

4Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and magnify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come, and shall adore in thy sight, because thy judgments are manifest.

5And after these things I looked; and behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

6And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed with clean and white linen, and girt about the breasts with golden girdles.

7And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden vials, full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

8And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

1Rồi tôi thấy một điềm khác trên trời, một điềm lớn lao và kỳ diệu : bảy thiên thần mang bảy tai ương, đó là những tai ương cuối cùng, vì với những tai ương này, cơn lôi đình của Thiên Chúa đã hoàn tất.

2Tôi thấy có cái gì như biển trong vắt pha ánh lửa, và những người thắng Con Thú, thắng tượng của nó và con số tương đương với tên nó ; tôi thấy họ đứng trên biển trong vắt ấy, họ cầm những cây đàn của Thiên Chúa

3đường lối Ngài quả chân thật công minh !

4những phán quyết công minh của Ngài.”

5Sau đó tôi thấy Đền Thờ là Lều Chứng Ước mở ra ở trên trời.

6Bảy thiên thần mang bảy tai ương từ Đền Thờ đi ra, mình mặc áo vải gai tinh khiết sáng chói, ngang ngực có thắt đai bằng vàng.

7Một trong bốn Con Vật đưa cho bảy thiên thần bảy chén vàng, đầy cơn lôi đình của Thiên Chúa, Đấng hằng sống đến muôn thuở muôn đời.

8Đền Thờ đầy khói từ vinh quang Thiên Chúa và từ quyền năng của Người toả ra. Không ai có thể vào trong Đền Thờ, bao lâu bảy tai ương do bảy thiên thần mang đến chưa hoàn tất.
