Leviticus

1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2“Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;

3and assemble all the congregation at the door of the Tent of Meeting.”

4Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

5Moses said to the congregation, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded to be done.”

6Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.

7He put the tunic on him, tied the sash on him, clothed him with the robe, put the ephod on him, and he tied the skillfully woven band of the ephod on him and fastened it to him with it.

8He placed the breastplate on him. He put the Urim and Thummim in the breastplate.

9He set the turban on his head. He set the golden plate, the holy crown, on the front of the turban, as the LORD commanded Moses.

10Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and sanctified them.

11He sprinkled it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the basin and its base, to sanctify them.

12He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.

13Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and clothed them with tunics, and tied sashes on them, and put headbands on them, as the LORD commanded Moses.

14He brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.

15He killed it; and Moses took the blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

16He took all the fat that was on the innards, and the cover of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat; and Moses burned it on the altar.

17But the bull, and its skin, and its meat, and its dung, he burned with fire outside the camp, as the LORD commanded Moses.

18He presented the ram of the burnt offering. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

19He killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.

20He cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burned the head, and the pieces, and the fat.

21He washed the innards and the legs with water; and Moses burned the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses.

22He presented the other ram, the ram of consecration. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

23He killed it; and Moses took some of its blood, and put it on the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.

24He brought Aaron’s sons; and Moses put some of the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.

25He took the fat, the fat tail, all the fat that was on the innards, the cover of the liver, the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh;

26and out of the basket of unleavened bread that was before the LORD, he took one unleavened cake, one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat and on the right thigh.

27He put all these in Aaron’s hands and in his sons’ hands, and waved them for a wave offering before the LORD.

28Moses took them from their hands, and burned them on the altar on the burnt offering. They were a consecration offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to the LORD.

29Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD. It was Moses’ portion of the ram of consecration, as the LORD commanded Moses.

30Moses took some of the anointing oil, and some of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on his sons’ garments with him, and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.

31Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the meat at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’

32What remains of the meat and of the bread you shall burn with fire.

33You shall not go out from the door of the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your consecration are fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days.

34What has been done today, so the LORD has commanded to do, to make atonement for you.

35You shall stay at the door of the Tent of Meeting day and night seven days, and keep the LORD’s command, that you don’t die: for so I am commanded.”

36Aaron and his sons did all the things which the LORD commanded by Moses.

1ĐỨC CHÚA phán với ông Mô-sê rằng :

2“Hãy đem theo A-ha-ron cùng với các con nó, và lấy các phẩm phục, dầu tấn phong, con bò dùng làm lễ tạ tội, hai con cừu đực và giỏ bánh không men.

3Rồi hãy tập hợp toàn thể cộng đồng ở cửa Lều Hội Ngộ.”

4Ông Mô-sê làm như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông, và cộng đồng tụ tập ở cửa Lều Hội Ngộ.

5Ông Mô-sê nói với cộng đồng : “Đây là điều ĐỨC CHÚA truyền phải làm.”

6Ông Mô-sê cho ông A-ha-ron và các con ông ấy đến gần, và lấy nước tắm rửa họ.

7Ông mặc áo dài cho ông ấy, thắt đai lưng, choàng áo khoác, và đặt áo ê-phốt trên ông ; ông lấy băng chéo của áo ê-phốt thắt cho ông và cho ông mặc áo ấy ;

8ông đeo khăn ngực cho ông ấy và bỏ các thẻ xăm U-rim và Tum-mim vào khăn ngực ;

9ông lấy mũ tế đội lên đầu ông ấy và đính vào phía trước mũ tế huy hiệu bằng vàng, là dấu thánh hiến, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

10Ông Mô-sê lấy dầu tấn phong xức Nhà Tạm cùng mọi vật ở trong, và thánh hiến tất cả ;

11ông lấy dầu rảy trên bàn thờ bảy lần, rồi xức dầu bàn thờ cùng mọi đồ phụ thuộc, vạc và đế vạc, để thánh hiến những vật đó.

12Ông đổ dầu tấn phong lên đầu ông A-ha-ron và xức dầu để thánh hiến ông.

13Ông cho các con ông A-ha-ron đến gần, mặc áo dài cho họ, thắt đai lưng và lấy mũ đội lên đầu họ, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

14Ông Mô-sê cho dẫn con bò dùng làm lễ tạ tội đến. Ông A-ha-ron và các con ông đặt tay lên đầu con bò dùng làm lễ tạ tội.

15Ông Mô-sê sát tế nó, lấy máu nó và dùng ngón tay mà bôi vào các góc cong ở chung quanh bàn thờ, và xoá tội cho bàn thờ ; ông đổ máu còn lại xuống chân bàn thờ, và cử hành lễ xoá tội cho bàn thờ để thánh hiến.

16Ông Mô-sê lấy tất cả lớp mỡ ở trên bộ lòng, khối mỡ gan, hai trái cật với lớp mỡ, mà đốt cho cháy nghi ngút trên bàn thờ.

17Nhưng con bò, da, thịt và phân nó, thì ông bỏ vào lửa mà thiêu bên ngoài trại, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

18Ông cho dẫn con cừu đực dùng làm lễ toàn thiêu đến gần. Ông A-ha-ron và các con ông đặt tay lên đầu con cừu.

19Ông Mô-sê sát tế nó và rảy máu chung quanh bàn thờ ;

20ông xả con cừu ra từng mảnh, rồi đốt cái đầu, các mảnh đã xẻ và mỡ cho cháy nghi ngút.

21Còn lòng và chân, ông Mô-sê lấy nước mà rửa, rồi ông đốt tất cả con cừu cho cháy nghi ngút trên bàn thờ. Đó là lễ toàn thiêu, là hương thơm làm vui lòng ĐỨC CHÚA, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

22Ông cho dẫn con cừu đực thứ hai đến gần, con cừu dùng cho lễ trao quyền. Ông A-ha-ron và các con ông đặt tay lên nó.

23Ông Mô-sê sát tế nó, rồi lấy máu bôi vào trái tai phải ông A-ha-ron, vào ngón cái tay phải và ngón cái chân phải ông ;

24ông Mô-sê cho các con ông A-ha-ron lại gần và lấy máu bôi vào trái tai phải của họ, vào ngón cái tay phải của họ, và vào ngón cái chân phải của họ ; ông Mô-sê rảy máu chung quanh bàn thờ.

25Ông lấy mỡ, đuôi, tất cả lớp mỡ bọc ngoài bộ lòng, khối mỡ của gan, hai trái cật với lớp mỡ, và đùi phải.

26Từ trong giỏ bánh không men ở trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA, ông lấy ra một tấm bánh ngọt không men, một tấm bánh ngọt chiên với dầu và một tấm bánh tráng, và đặt lên trên mỡ và đùi phải.

27Tất cả những thứ đó, ông đặt trên bàn tay ông A-ha-ron và trên bàn tay các con ông ấy, rồi làm nghi thức tiến dâng trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA.

28Sau đó, ông lấy lại các vật ấy từ bàn tay họ, và đem đốt cho cháy nghi ngút ở bàn thờ, bên trên lễ vật toàn thiêu. Đó là hy lễ dâng trong ngày trao quyền, là hương thơm làm vui lòng ĐỨC CHÚA, là lễ hoả tế dâng ĐỨC CHÚA.

29Ông Mô-sê lấy cái ức và làm nghi thức tiến dâng trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA ; đó là phần dành cho ông Mô-sê, lấy từ con cừu dâng trong lễ trao quyền, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

30Ông Mô-sê lấy dầu tấn phong và lấy máu trên bàn thờ rảy trên ông A-ha-ron và phẩm phục của ông, trên các con ông ấy và phẩm phục của họ ; như thế ông thánh hiến ông A-ha-ron và phẩm phục của ông, các con ông và phẩm phục của họ.

31Ông Mô-sê nói với ông A-ha-ron và các con ông : “Hãy nấu thịt ở cửa Lều Hội Ngộ, ở đó hãy ăn thịt và ăn bánh để trong giỏ dùng trong lễ trao quyền, như tôi đã truyền rằng : ‘Ông A-ha-ron và các con sẽ ăn thứ ấy.’

32Thịt và bánh còn thừa, ông và anh em hãy bỏ vào lửa mà thiêu.

33Trong vòng bảy ngày, ông và anh em không được ra khỏi Lều Hội Ngộ, cho đến khi mãn thời gian làm lễ trao quyền cho ông và anh em, vì người ta sẽ làm lễ trao quyền cho ông và anh em trong vòng bảy ngày.

34ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền phải làm như hôm nay người ta đã làm để cử hành lễ xá tội cho ông và anh em.

35Trong vòng bảy ngày, ông và anh em phải ở lại cửa Lều Hội Ngộ, ngày và đêm, phải giữ điều ĐỨC CHÚA truyền giữ, để ông và anh em khỏi chết. Đó là lệnh truyền tôi đã nhận được.”

36Ông A-ha-ron và các con đã làm điều ĐỨC CHÚA dùng ông Mô-sê mà truyền.
