Ephesians

身体的合一

1我为主被囚的劝你们：既然蒙召，行事为人就当与蒙召的恩相称。

2凡事谦虚、温柔、忍耐，用爱心互相宽容，

3用和平彼此联络，竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心。

4身体只有一个，圣灵只有一个，正如你们蒙召同有一个指望。

5一主，一信，一洗，

6一 神，就是众人的父，超乎众人之上，贯乎众人之中，也住在众人之内。

7我们各人蒙恩，都是照基督所量给各人的恩赐。

8所以经上说：他升上高天的时候，掳掠了仇敌， 将各样的恩赐赏给人。（

9既说升上，岂不是先降在地下吗？

10那降下的，就是远升诸天之上要充满万有的。）

11他所赐的，有使徒，有先知，有传福音的，有牧师和教师，

12为要成全圣徒，各尽其职，建立基督的身体，

13直等到我们众人在真道上同归于一，认识 神的儿子，得以长大成人，满有基督长成的身量，

14使我们不再作小孩子，中了人的诡计和欺骗的法术，被一切异教之风摇动，飘来飘去，就随从各样的异端；

15惟用爱心说诚实话，凡事长进，连于元首基督，

16全身都靠他联络得合式，百节各按各职，照着各体的功用彼此相助，便叫身体渐渐增长，在爱中建立自己。

旧人和新人

17所以我说，且在主里确实地说，你们行事不要再像外邦人存虚妄的心行事。

18他们心地昏昧，与 神所赐的生命隔绝了，都因自己无知，心里刚硬；

19良心既然丧尽，就放纵私欲，贪行种种的污秽。

20你们学了基督，却不是这样。

21如果你们听过他的道，领了他的教，学了他的真理，

22就要脱去你们从前行为上的旧人，这旧人是因私欲的迷惑渐渐变坏的；

23又要将你们的心志改换一新，

24并且穿上新人；这新人是照着 神的形象造的，有真理的仁义和圣洁。

新生活的守则

25所以，你们要弃绝谎言，各人与邻舍说实话，因为我们是互相为肢体。

26生气却不要犯罪；不可含怒到日落，

27也不可给魔鬼留地步。

28从前偷窃的，不要再偷；总要劳力，亲手做正经事，就可有余分给那缺少的人。

29污秽的言语一句不可出口，只要随事说造就人的好话，叫听见的人得益处。

30不要叫 神的圣灵担忧；你们原是受了他的印记，等候得赎的日子来到。

31一切苦毒、恼恨、忿怒、嚷闹、毁谤，并一切的恶毒，都当从你们中间除掉；

32并要以恩慈相待，存怜悯的心，彼此饶恕，正如 神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。

1Call upon you, then, do I — the prisoner of the Lord — to walk worthily of the calling with which ye were called,

2with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love,

3being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of the peace;

4one body and one Spirit, according as also ye were called in one hope of your calling;

5one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

6one God and Father of all, who [is] over all, and through all, and in you all,

7and to each one of you was given the grace, according to the measure of the gift of Christ,

8wherefore, he saith, 'Having gone up on high he led captive captivity, and gave gifts to men,' —

9and that, he went up, what is it except that he also went down first to the lower parts of the earth?

10he who went down is the same also who went up far above all the heavens, that He may fill all things —

11and He gave some [as] apostles, and some [as] prophets, and some [as] proclaimers of good news, and some [as] shepherds and teachers,

12unto the perfecting of the saints, for a work of ministration, for a building up of the body of the Christ,

13till we may all come to the unity of the faith and of the recognition of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to a measure of stature of the fulness of the Christ,

14that we may no more be babes, tossed and borne about by every wind of the teaching, in the sleight of men, in craftiness, unto the artifice of leading astray,

15and, being true in love, we may increase to Him [in] all things, who is the head — the Christ;

16from whom the whole body, being fitly joined together and united, through the supply of every joint, according to the working in the measure of each single part, the increase of the body doth make for the building up of itself in love.

17This, then, I say, and I testify in the Lord; ye are no more to walk, as also the other nations walk, in the vanity of their mind,

18being darkened in the understanding, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart,

19who, having ceased to feel, themselves did give up to the lasciviousness, for the working of all uncleanness in greediness;

20and ye did not so learn the Christ,

21if so be ye did hear him, and in him were taught, as truth is in Jesus;

22ye are to put off concerning the former behaviour the old man, that is corrupt according to the desires of the deceit,

23and to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

24and to put on the new man, which, according to God, was created in righteousness and kindness of the truth.

25Wherefore, putting away the lying, speak truth each with his neighbour, because we are members one of another;

26be angry and do not sin; let not the sun go down upon your wrath,

27neither give place to the devil;

28whoso is stealing let him no more steal, but rather let him labour, working the thing that is good with the hands, that he may have to impart to him having need.

29Let no corrupt word out of your mouth go forth, but what is good unto the needful building up, that it may give grace to the hearers;

30and make not sorrowful the Holy Spirit of God, in which ye were sealed to a day of redemption.

31Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil-speaking, be put away from you, with all malice,

32and become one to another kind, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, according as also God in Christ did forgive you.
