1Chúa Hằng Hữu xây nền móng Ngàitrên núi thánh.

2Chúa mến chuộng thành Si-ôn,hơn bất cứ thành nào của Gia-cốp.

3Ôi thành trì của Đức Chúa Trờivinh quang thành Chúa được đề cao!

4Ta sẽ nói đến Ra-háp và Ba-by-lôn là những nơi biết Ta—Phi-li-tin, Ty-rơ, và ngay cả Ê-thi-ô-pi xa xôi. Tất cả họ sẽ trở nên công dân của Giê-ru-sa-lem!

5Phải người ta sẽ nói về Si-ôn rằng:“Người này người nọ sinh tại đó.” Và Đấng Chí Cao sẽ ban phước cho thành này.

6Khi Chúa Hằng Hữu kiểm kê dân số, sẽ ghi rõ:“Tất cả họ là công dân của Giê-ru-sa-lem.”

7Người ta sẽ thổi sáo và hát mừng:“Các nguồn cảm hứng của ta xuất phát từ Giê-ru-sa-lem!”

1He has founded His cityon the holy mountains.

2The LORD loves the gates of Zionmore than all the dwellings of Jacob.

3Glorious things are ascribed to you,O city of God.Selah

4“I will mention Rahaband Babylonamong those who know Me—along with Philistia, Tyre, and Cush—when I say, ‘This one was born in Zion.’”

5And it will be said of Zion:“This one and that one were born in her, and the Most High Himself will establish her.”

6The LORD will record in the register of the peoples:“This one was born in Zion.”Selah

7Singers and pipers will proclaim,“All my springs of joy are in You.”
