Chúa Cứu Thế Giê-xu Là Con Đức Chúa Trời

1Thời xưa, Đức Chúa Trời đã dùng các nhà tiên tri dạy bảo tổ phụ chúng ta nhiều lần nhiều cách.

2Nhưng trong những ngày cuối cùng này, Đức Chúa Trời sai Con Ngài là Chúa Cứu Thế dạy dỗ chúng ta. Đức Chúa Trời đã nhờ Con Ngài sáng tạo vũ trụ, cũng cho Con Ngài thừa kế quyền chủ tể vạn vật.

3Chúa Cứu Thế là vinh quang rực rỡ của Đức Chúa Trời, là hiện thân của bản thể Ngài. Chúa dùng lời quyền năng bảo tồn vạn vật. Sau khi hoàn thành việc tẩy sạch tội lỗi. Chúa ngồi bên phải Đức Chúa Trời uy nghiêm trên thiên đàng.

4Đức Chúa Con cao trọng hơn các thiên sứ nên danh vị Ngài cũng cao cả hơn.

5Có khi nào Đức Chúa Trời phán với thiên sứ như Ngài đã phán với Chúa Giê-xu:“Ngươi thật là Con Ta.Ngày nay Ta đã trở nên Cha của ngươi.”Hoặc:“Ta sẽ làm Cha ngươi,và ngươi sẽ làm Con Ta?”

6Hơn nữa, khi đưa Con trưởng của Ngài vào đời, Đức Chúa Trời ra lệnh:“Tất cả thiên sứ của Đức Chúa Trời phải thờ lạy Con!”

7Về các thiên sứ, Ngài phán:“Ngài làm cho thiên sứ giống như gióvà đầy tớ Ngài như ngọn lửa.”

8Nhưng Đức Chúa Trời phán về Con Ngài:“Ngai Đức Chúa Trời sẽ trường tồn vĩnh cửu;Chúa dùng công lý cai trị nước Ngài.

9Chúa yêu lẽ công chính, ghét điều gian ác.Vì thế Đức Chúa Trời, là Đức Chúa Trời của vua đã cất nhắc vua, xức dầu hân hoan cho vua nhiều hơn các vua khác.”

10Đức Chúa Trời phán với Con Ngài:“Ban đầu Chúa lập nền trái đấtvà các tầng trời cũng do tay Chúa dựng nên.

11Trời đất sẽ tiêu tan nhưng Chúa hằng còn.Vạn vật sẽ rách nát như áo cũ.

12Chúa sẽ cuốn chúng lại như áo dàinhư chiếc áo tồi tàn, cũ mục.Nhưng Chúa vẫn là Chúa Hằng Hữu,năm tháng Chúa vẫn đời đời bất tận.”

13Chẳng khi nào Đức Chúa Trời bảo một thiên sứ:“Hãy ngồi bên phải Ta,cho đến kỳ Ta cho kẻ thù Con làm bệ chân cho Con.”

14Các thiên sứ chỉ là thần phục dịch được Chúa sai đi phục vụ những người hưởng ân cứu rỗi.

1God, having in the past spoken to the fathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,

2has at the end of these days spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds.

3His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,

4having become as much better than the angels as the more excellent name he has inherited is better than theirs.

5For to which of the angels did he say at any time,“You are my Son.Today I have become your father?”and again,“I will be to him a Father,and he will be to me a Son?”

6When he again brings in the firstborn into the world he says, “Let all the angels of God worship him.”

7Of the angels he says,“He makes his angels winds,and his servants a flame of fire.”

8But of the Son he says,“Your throne, O God, is forever and ever.The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your Kingdom.

9You have loved righteousness and hated iniquity;therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.”

10And,“You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth.The heavens are the works of your hands.

11They will perish, but you continue.They all will grow old like a garment does.

12You will roll them up like a mantle,and they will be changed; but you are the same. Your years won’t fail.”

13But which of the angels has he told at any time,“Sit at my right hand,until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet?”

14Aren’t they all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?
