Exodus

1And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

2'On the first day of the month, in the first month, thou dost raise up the tabernacle of the tent of meeting,

3and hast set there the ark of the testimony, and hast covered over the ark with the vail,

4and hast brought in the table, and set its arrangement in order, and hast brought in the candlestick, and caused its lamps to go up.

5'And thou hast put the golden altar for perfume before the ark of the testimony, and hast put the covering of the opening to the tabernacle,

6and hast put the altar of the burnt-offering before the opening of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting,

7and hast put the laver between the tent of meeting and the altar, and hast put water there.

8'And thou hast set the court round about, and hast placed the covering of the gate of the court,

9and hast taken the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle, and all that [is] in it, and hallowed it, and all its vessels, and it hath been holy;

10and thou hast anointed the altar of the burnt-offering, and all its vessels, and sanctified the altar, and the altar hath been most holy;

11and thou hast anointed the laver and its base, and sanctified it.

12'And thou hast brought near Aaron and his sons unto the opening of the tent of meeting, and hast bathed them with water;

13and thou hast clothed Aaron with the holy garments, and anointed him, and sanctified him, and he hath acted as priest to Me.

14'And his sons thou dost bring near, and hast clothed them with coats,

15and anointed them as thou hast anointed their father, and they have acted as priests to Me, and their anointing hath been to be to them for a priesthood age-during, to their generations.'

16And Moses doth according to all that Jehovah hath commanded him; so he hath done.

17And it cometh to pass, in the first month, in the second year, in the first of the month, the tabernacle hath been raised up;

18and Moses raiseth up the tabernacle, and setteth its sockets, and placeth its boards, and placeth its bars, and raiseth its pillars,

19and spreadeth the tent over the tabernacle, and putteth the covering of the tent upon it above, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

20And he taketh and putteth the testimony unto the ark, and setteth the staves on the ark, and putteth the mercy-seat on the ark above;

21and bringeth in the ark unto the tabernacle, and placeth the vail of the covering, and covereth over the ark of the testimony, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

22And he putteth the table in the tent of meeting, on the side of the tabernacle northward, at the outside of the vail,

23and setteth in order upon it the arrangement of bread, before Jehovah, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

24And he putteth the candlestick in the tent of meeting, over-against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward,

25and causeth the lamps to go up before Jehovah, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

26And he setteth the golden altar in the tent of meeting, before the vail,

27and maketh perfume on it — spice-perfume — as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

28And he setteth the covering of the opening to the tabernacle,

29and the altar of the burnt-offering he hath set at the opening of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, and causeth the burnt-offering to go up upon it, and the present, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

30And he putteth the laver between the tent of meeting and the altar, and putteth water there for washing,

31and Moses and Aaron and his sons have washed their hands and their feet at the same;

32in their going in unto the tent of meeting, and in their drawing near unto the altar, they wash, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

33And he raiseth up the court round about the tabernacle, and about the altar, and placeth the covering of the gate of the court; and Moses completeth the work.

34And the cloud covereth the tent of meeting, and the honour of Jehovah hath filled the tabernacle;

35and Moses hath not been able to go in unto the tent of meeting, for the cloud hath tabernacled on it, and the honour of Jehovah hath filled the tabernacle.

36And in the going up of the cloud from off the tabernacle the sons of Israel journey in all their journeys;

37and if the cloud go not up then they journey not, until the day of its going up:

38for the cloud of Jehovah [is] on the tabernacle by day, and fire is in it by night, before the eyes of all the house of Israel in all their journeys.

1ĐỨC CHÚA phán với ông Mô-sê :

2“Vào ngày mồng một tháng giêng, ngươi sẽ dựng Nhà Tạm, dựng Lều Hội Ngộ.

3Ngươi sẽ đặt vào đó Hòm Bia Chứng Ước và lấy bức trướng mà che Hòm Bia ấy.

4Ngươi sẽ đem bàn tới và bày trên đó những gì cần phải bày ra. Ngươi sẽ đem trụ đèn tới và đặt đèn lên đó.

5Ngươi sẽ đặt hương án bằng vàng trước Hòm Bia Chứng Ước, và treo màn che cửa Nhà Tạm.

6Ngươi sẽ đặt bàn thờ dâng lễ toàn thiêu trước cửa Nhà Tạm, trước cửa Lều Hội Ngộ.

7Ngươi sẽ đặt cái vạc ở giữa Lều Hội Ngộ và bàn thờ, và đổ nước vào đó.

8Ngươi sẽ làm khuôn viên chung quanh và treo màn che cửa khuôn viên.

9Ngươi sẽ lấy dầu tấn phong xức Nhà Tạm và tất cả những gì trong đó ; ngươi sẽ thánh hiến Nhà Tạm và mọi đồ vật trong đó ; như thế, Nhà Tạm sẽ là vật thánh.

10Ngươi sẽ xức dầu bàn thờ dâng lễ toàn thiêu và mọi đồ dùng ; ngươi sẽ thánh hiến bàn thờ, và bàn thờ sẽ là vật rất thánh.

11Ngươi sẽ xức dầu cái vạc và đế, ngươi sẽ thánh hiến cái vạc đó.

12Ngươi sẽ dẫn A-ha-ron và các con ông đến gần cửa Lều Hội Ngộ và lấy nước tẩy rửa họ.

13Ngươi sẽ lấy phẩm phục mặc cho A-ha-ron, xức dầu thánh hiến để ông ấy thi hành chức tư tế phục vụ Ta.

14Ngươi sẽ dẫn các con ông lại gần và cho họ mặc áo dài.

15Ngươi đã xức dầu họ như đã xức dầu cha họ, để họ thi hành chức tư tế phục vụ Ta. Ngươi sẽ làm như thế, để nhờ việc xức dầu, họ trở nên tư tế vĩnh viễn, đời nọ đến đời kia.

16Ông Mô-sê làm mọi sự đúng y như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông.

17Ngày mồng một tháng giêng năm thứ hai, Nhà Tạm được dựng lên.

18Ông Mô-sê cho dựng Nhà Tạm. Ông cho đặt đế, ghép ván, đặt thanh ngang và dựng cột.

19Ông cho căng lều trên Nhà Tạm, lấy bạt che phía trên lều, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

20Ông lấy Chứng Ước đặt vào Hòm Bia, xỏ đòn vào Hòm Bia, đặt nắp xá tội lên trên đó.

21Ông rước Hòm Bia vào trong Nhà Tạm và treo bức trướng để che khuất Hòm Bia Chứng Ước, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

22Ông cho đặt chiếc bàn trong Lều Hội Ngộ, bên cạnh Nhà Tạm, phía bắc, bên ngoài bức trướng,

23rồi cho bày một hàng bánh trên đó, trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

24Ông cho đặt trụ đèn trong Lều Hội Ngộ, đối diện với bàn, bên cạnh Nhà tạm, phía nam,

25rồi cho đặt đèn lên đó, trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

26Ông cho đặt bàn thờ bằng vàng trong Lều Hội Ngộ, phía trước bức trướng,

27rồi cho đốt hương thơm trên đó, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

28Ông cho treo màn che cửa Nhà Tạm.

29Bàn thờ dâng lễ toàn thiêu, ông cho đặt ở cửa Nhà Tạm, ở cửa lều Hội Ngộ, rồi ông dâng lễ toàn thiêu và lễ phẩm trên đó, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

30Ông cho đặt cái vạc ở giữa Lều Hội Ngộ và bàn thờ, rồi đổ nước vào đó, để dùng vào việc tẩy rửa.

31Ông A-ha-ron và các con ông lấy nước ấy mà rửa tay chân.

32Mỗi khi họ vào Lều Hội Ngộ và tới gần bàn thờ, thì họ tẩy rửa, như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê.

33Ông cho làm khuôn viên chung quanh Nhà Tạm và bàn thờ, rồi cho treo màn che cửa khuôn viên. Như thế, ông Mô-sê đã hoàn thành công việc.

34Đám mây che phủ Lều Hội Ngộ, và vinh quang ĐỨC CHÚA đầy tràn Nhà Tạm.

35Ông Mô-sê không thể vào Lều Hội Ngộ vì đám mây đậu trên đó, và vinh quang ĐỨC CHÚA đầy tràn Nhà Tạm.

36Ở mỗi chặng đường của họ, khi nào đám mây bay lên khỏi Nhà Tạm, thì con cái Ít-ra-en nhổ trại.

37Nếu mây không bay lên, thì họ không nhổ trại cho đến ngày mây lại bay lên.

38Quả vậy, đám mây của ĐỨC CHÚA đậu trên Nhà Tạm ban ngày, còn ban đêm thì có lửa trong mây, trước mắt toàn thể con cái Ít-ra-en, ở mỗi chặng đường họ đi.
