1lạy Chúa Trời trả báo, xin Ngài quang lâm !

2trả cho lũ kiêu căng xứng việc chúng làm.

3đến bao giờ bọn ác nhân cứ mãi hỷ hoan ?

4những vênh váo ngang tàng.

5hà hiếp dân Ngài chọn làm gia sản.

6tàn sát cả cô nhi !

7Thiên Chúa nhà Gia-cóp chẳng lưu tâm !”

8Bao giờ mới nên khôn, hỡi đồ ngu xuẩn ?

9Đấng nặn thành cặp mắt chẳng lẽ không thấy gì ?

10Đấng dạy dỗ con người mà chẳng biết gì sao ?

11thật chỉ như cơn gió thoảng ngoài !

12được Ngài lấy luật mà dạy dỗ bảo ban.

13trong khi huyệt mả sẵn chờ kẻ ác nhân.

14chẳng bỏ rơi dân Người chọn làm gia sản ;

15mọi tâm hồn chính trực sẽ tuân theo.

16Ai sát cánh cùng tôi cự lại lũ gian tà ?

17thì hồn tôi đã vào chốn thinh lặng ngàn thu.

18tình thương Ngài đã đỡ nâng con ;

19lúc ưu tư đầy ắp cõi lòng, ơn Ngài an ủi khiến hồn con vui sướng.

20bọn gieo tai rắc hoạ chẳng kể gì luật pháp ?

21lên án tử cho người vô tội.

22Chúa tôi thờ là núi đá cho tôi trú ẩn.

23ĐỨC CHÚA là Thiên Chúa của ta, sẽ tiêu diệt chúng.

1Come let us praise the Lord with joy: let us joyfully sing to God our saviour.

2Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving; and make a joyful noise to him with psalms.

3For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

4For in his hand are all the ends of the earth: and the heights of the mountains are his.

5For the sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.

6Come let us adore and fall down: and weep before the Lord that made us.

7For he is the Lord our God: and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand.

8Today if you shall hear his voice, harden not your hearts:

9As in the provocation, according to the day of temptation in the wilderness: where your fathers tempted me, they proved me, and saw my works.

10Forty years long was I offended with that generation, and I said: These always err in heart.

11And these men have not known my ways: so I swore in my wrath that they shall not enter into my rest.
