1And the second lot came forth for the children of Simeon by their kindreds: and their inheritance was

2In the midst of the possession of the children of Juda: Bersabee and Sabee and Molada,

3And Hasersual, Bala and Asem,

4And Eltholad, Bethul and Harma,

5And Siceleg and Bethmarchaboth and Hasersusa,

6And Bethlebaoth and Sarohen: thirteen cities, and their villages.

7Ain and Remmon and Athor and Asan: four cities, and their villages.

8And all the villages round about these cities to Baalath Beer Ramath to the south quarter. This is the inheritance of the children of Simeon according to their kindreds,

9In the possession and lot of the children of Juda: because it was too great, and therefore the children of Simeon had their possession in the midst of their inheritance.

10And the third lot fell to the children of Zabulon by their kindreds: and the border of their possession was unto Sarid.

11And it went up from the sea and from Merala, and came to Debbaseth: as far as the torrent, which is over against Jeconam.

12And it returneth from Sarid eastward to the borders of Ceseleththabor: and it goeth out to Dabereth, and ascendeth towards Japhie.

13And it passeth along from thence to the east side of Gethhepher and Thacasin: and goeth out to Remmon, Amthar and Noa.

14And it turneth about to the north of Hanathon: and the outgoings thereof are the valley of Jephtahel,

15And Cateth and Naalol and Semeron and Jedala and Bethlehem: twelve cities and their villages.

16This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Zabulon by their kindreds, the cities and their villages.

17The fourth lot came out to Issachar by their kindreds.

18And his inheritance was Jezrael and Casaloth and Sunem,

19And Hapharaim and Seen and Anaharath,

20And Rabboth and Cesion, Abes,

21And Rameth and Engannim and Enhadda and Bethpheses.

22And the border thereof cometh to Thabor and Sehesima and Bethsames: and the outgoings thereof shall be at the Jordan: sixteen cities, and their villages.

23This is the possession of the sons of Issachar by their kindreds, the cities and their villages.

24And the fifth lot fell to the tribe of the children of Aser by their kindreds:

25And their border was Halcath and Chali and Beten and Axaph,

26And Elmelech and Amaad and Messal: and it reacheth to Carmel by the sea and Sihor and Labanath,

27And it returneth towards the east to Bethdagon: and passeth along to Zabulon and to the valley of Jephthael towards the north to Bethemec and Nehiel. And it goeth out to the left side of Cabul,

28And to Abaran and Rohob and Hamon and Cana, as far as the great Sidon.

29And it returneth to Horma to the strong city of Tyre, and to Hosa: and the outgoings thereof shall be at the sea from the portion of Achziba:

30And Amma and Aphec and Rohob: twenty-two cities, and their villages.

31This is the possession of the children of Aser by their kindreds, and the cities and their villages.

32The sixth lot came out to the sons of Nephtali by their families:

33And the border began from Heleph and Elon to Saananim, and Adami, which is Neceb, and Jebnael even to Lecum: and their outgoings unto the Jordan:

34And the border returneth westward to Azanotthabor, and goeth out from thence to Hucuca, and passeth along to Zabulon southward, and to Aser westward, and to Juda upon the Jordan towards the rising of the sun.

35And the strong cities are Assedim, Ser, and Emath, and Reccath and Cenereth,

36And Edema and Arama, Asor,

37And Cedes and Edri, Enhasor,

38And Jeron and Magdalel, Herem, and Bethanath and Bethsames: nineteen cities, and their villages.

39This is the possession of the tribe of the children of Nephtali by their kindreds, the cities and their villages.

40The seventh lot came out to the tribe of the children of Dan by their families:

41And the border of their possession was Saraa and Esthaol, and Hirsemes, that is, the city of the sun.

42Selebin and Aialon and Jethela,

43Elon and Themna and Acron,

44Elthece, Gebbethon and Balaath,

45And Jud and Bane and Barach and Gethremmon:

46And Mejarcon and Arecon, with the border that looketh towards Joppe,

47And is terminated there. And the children of Dan went up and fought against Lesem, and took it: and they put it to the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt in it, calling the name of it Lesem Dan, by the name of Dan their father.

48This is the possession of the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their kindreds, the cities and their villages.

49And when he had made an end of dividing the land by lot to each one by their tribes, the children of Israel gave a possession to Josue the son of Nun in the midst of them,

50According to the commandment of the Lord, the city which he asked for, Thamnath Saraa, in mount Ephraim: and he built up the city, and dwelt in it.

51These are the possessions which Eleazar the priest, and Josue the son of Nun, and the princes of the families, and of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed by lot in Silo, before the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony, and they divided the land.

6Bết Lơ-va-ốt, Sa-ru-khen, –đó là mười ba thành và làng mạc của các thành ấy–,

7A-gin, Rim-môn, E-the, A-san, –đó là bốn thành và làng mạc của các thành ấy–,

8Cũng như mọi làng mạc chung quanh các thành đó cho đến Ba-a-lát Bơ-e và Ra-mát Ne-ghép. Đó là phần gia nghiệp của chi tộc con cái Si-mê-ôn, chia theo các thị tộc của họ.

9Phần gia nghiệp của con cái Si-mê-ôn lấy từ phần đất của con cái Giu-đa, vì vùng đất này quá lớn đối với con cái Giu-đa, nên con cái Si-mê-ôn nhận phần gia nghiệp ngay giữa gia nghiệp của con cái Giu-đa.

10Con cái Dơ-vu-lun, theo các thị tộc của họ, bắt thăm được phần đất thứ ba. Ranh giới phần gia nghiệp của họ đi đến tận Xa-rít,

11đi lên về phía tây, theo hướng Mác-a-la, gặp Đáp-be-sét, rồi gặp suối đối diện với Gióc-nơ-am.

12Từ Xa-rít, ranh giới đó trở về hướng đông, phía mặt trời mọc, cho đến ranh giới Kít-lốt Ta-bo, tiến về Đa-vơ-rát và lên Gia-phia.

13Từ đó, ranh giới qua hướng đông, phía mặt trời mọc, ở Gát Khê-phe, ở Ít-ta Ca-xin, đi tới Rim-môn và lượn về Nê-a.

14Rồi ranh giới quay sang phía bắc Khan-na-thôn và dừng lại ở thung lũng Gíp-tác Ên.

15Ngoài ra, còn có Cát-tát, Na-ha-lan, Sim-rôn, Gít-a-la và Bê-lem : đó là mười hai thành và làng mạc của các thành ấy.

16Các thành ấy và làng mạc của các thành ấy là phần gia nghiệp của con cái Dơ-vu-lun, chia theo các thị tộc của họ.

17Ông Ít-xa-kha và con cái ông, theo các thị tộc của họ bắt thăm được phần đất thứ tư.

18Lãnh thổ của họ gồm có : Gít-rơ-en, Cơ-xu-lốt, Su-nêm,

19Kha-pha-ra-gim, Si-ôn, A-na-kha-rát,

20Ha Ráp-bít, Kít-giôn, E-vét,

21Re-mét, Ên Gan-nim, Ên Khát-đa, Bết Pát-xết.

22Ranh giới gặp Ta-bo, Sa-kha-xi-ma và Bết Se-mét, rồi dừng lại ở sông Gio-đan : đó là mười sáu thành và làng mạc của các thành ấy.

23Các thành ấy và làng mạc của các thành ấy là phần gia nghiệp của chi tộc con cái Ít-xa-kha, chia theo các thị tộc của họ.

24Chi tộc con cái A-se, theo các thị tộc của họ, bắt thăm được phần đất thứ năm.

25Lãnh thổ của họ gồm có : Khen-cát, Kha-li, Be-ten, Ác-sáp,

26A-lam-me-léc, Am-át, Mi-sơ-an. Ranh giới đó gặp Các-men về phía tây và gặp Si-kho Líp-nát,

27rồi lui về phía mặt trời mọc đến Bết Đa-gôn, gặp phần đất của Dơ-vu-lun và thung lũng Gíp-tác Ên ở phía bắc, Bết Ha Ê-méc và Nơ-i-ên ; ranh giới đó tiến về Ca-vun ở phía trái,

28tới Ép-rôn, Rơ-khốp, Kham-môn, Ca-na, cho đến Xi-đôn Đại Đô.

29Rồi ranh giới đó quay về Ra-ma, cho đến Tia, một thành luỹ kiên cố, sau đó lại quay về Khô-xa và dừng lại ở Biển, ở Mê-khe-ven, Ác-díp,

30Um-ma, A-phếch và Rơ-khốp : đó là hai mươi thành và các làng mạc của các thành ấy.

31Các thành ấy và làng mạc của các thành ấy là phần gia nghiệp của chi tộc con cái A-se, chia theo các thị tộc của họ.

32Con cái Náp-ta-li, theo các thị tộc của họ, bắt thăm được phần đất thứ sáu.

33Ranh giới của họ khởi đầu từ Khê-lép, từ cây Sồi ở Xa-a-na-nim, đi qua A-đa-mi Ha Ne-kép và Giáp-nơ-ên cho đến Lắc-cum, và dừng lại ở sông Gio-đan.

34Rồi ranh giới đó quay về phía tây, đi qua Át-nốt Ta-vô, và từ đó đi tới Khu-cốc, gặp phần đất của Dơ-vu-lun ở phía nam, gặp phần đất của A-se ở phía tây và sông Gio-đan ở phía mặt trời mọc.

35Các thành luỹ kiên cố là : Xít-đim, Xe, Kham-mát, Rắc-cát, Kin-ne-rét,

36A-đa-ma, Ra-ma, Kha-xo,

37Ke-đét, Ét-re-i, Ên Kha-xo,

38Giếc-ôn, Mích-đan Ên, Kho-rem, Bết A-nát, Bết Se-mét : đó là mười chín thành và làng mạc của các thành ấy.

39Các thành ấy và các làng mạc của các thành ấy là phần gia nghiệp của chi tộc con cái Náp-ta-li, chia theo các thị tộc của họ.

40Chi tộc con cái Đan, theo các thị tộc của họ, bắt thăm được phần đất thứ bảy.

41Lãnh thổ của phần gia nghiệp họ gồm có : Xo-rơ-a, Ét-ta-ôn, Ia Se-mét,

42Sa-a-láp-bin, Ai-gia-lôn, Gít-la,

43Ê-lôn, Tim-na, Éc-rôn,

44En-tơ-kê, Ghíp-bơ-thôn, Ba-a-lát,

45Giơ-hút, Bơ-nê Bơ-rắc, Gát Rim-môn,

46vùng nước Giác-côn, Rắc-côn, cùng với lãnh thổ đối diện với Gia-phô.

47Nhưng con cái Đan vượt quá lãnh thổ của họ. Quả thế, con cái Đan tiến lên đánh Le-sem, chiếm thành này và dùng lưỡi gươm giết chết cả thành. Họ chiếm thành và ở tại đó. Họ gọi Le-sem là Đan, lấy tên Đan, cha của họ, mà đặt cho thành đó.

48Các thành ấy và làng mạc của các thành ấy là phần gia nghiệp của chi tộc con cái Đan, chia theo các thị tộc của họ.

49Khi đã chia xong đất đai theo ranh giới thành những phần gia nghiệp, con cái Ít-ra-en tặng ông Giô-suê, con ông Nun, một phần gia nghiệp giữa họ.

50Theo mệnh lệnh của ĐỨC CHÚA, họ tặng ông thành mà ông đã xin, là Tim-nát Xe-rác, trong vùng núi Ép-ra-im : ông xây lại thành và ở tại đó.

51Đó là các phần gia nghiệp mà tư tế E-la-da, ông Giô-suê, con ông Nun, và các thủ lãnh gia tộc của các chi tộc con cái Ít-ra-en đã dùng cách bắt thăm mà chia cho họ ở Si-lô, trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA, tại cửa Lều Hội Ngộ. Như thế, họ đã làm xong việc phân chia đất đai.
