A Psalm of David.
1Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.
2Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.
3Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts.
4Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.
5Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
6Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.
7The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.
8The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.
9Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.

1Con kêu cầu Ngài, lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu, Vầng Đá của con.Xin đừng bịt tai cùng con.Vì nếu Chúa vẫn lặng thinh im tiếng,con sẽ giống như người đi vào mồ mả.
2Xin vì lòng thương xót nghe lời cầu nguyện con,khi con kêu khóc xin Ngài cứu giúp, khi con đưa tay lên đền thánh của Ngài.
3Xin đừng phạt con chung với kẻ dữ—là những người làm điều gian ác—miệng nói hòa bình với xóm giềngnhưng trong lòng đầy dẫy gian tà.
4Xin Chúa phạt họ theo hành vi của họ!Theo cách cư xử gian ác của họ.Phạt họ theo việc làm,báo trả xứng đáng điều họ đã gây ra.
5Vì họ chẳng quan tâm đến công việc Chúa Hằng Hữu,chẳng chú ý đến công trình Ngài.Vậy họ sẽ bị Ngài tiêu diệt,chẳng bao giờ cho xây dựng lại.
6Ngợi ca Chúa Hằng Hữu!Vì Ngài đã nghe lời con nguyện cầu.
7Chúa Hằng Hữu là năng lực và tấm khiên của con.Con tin cậy Ngài trọn cả tấm lòng, Ngài cứu giúp con, lòng con hoan hỉ. Con sẽ dâng lời hát cảm tạ Ngài.
8Chúa Hằng Hữu là năng lực của dân Ngài.Ngài là đồn lũy cho người Chúa xức dầu.
9Xin Chúa cứu dân Ngài!Ban phước lành cho cơ nghiệp của Ngài,Xin chăn dắtvà bồng bế họ mãi mãi.
