1Benjamin became the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,

2Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.

3Bela had sons: Addar, Gera, Abihud,

4Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah,

5Gera, Shephuphan, and Huram.

6These are the sons of Ehud. These are the heads of fathers’ households of the inhabitants of Geba, who were carried captive to Manahath:

7Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera, who carried them captive; and he became the father of Uzza and Ahihud.

8Shaharaim became the father of children in the field of Moab, after he had sent them away. Hushim and Baara were his wives.

9By Hodesh his wife, he became the father of Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malcam,

10Jeuz, Shachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of fathers’ households.

11By Hushim, he became the father of Abitub and Elpaal.

12The sons of Elpaal: Eber, Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod, with its towns;

13and Beriah and Shema, who were heads of fathers’ households of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who put to flight the inhabitants of Gath;

14and Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth,

15Zebadiah, Arad, Eder,

16Michael, Ishpah, Joha, the sons of Beriah,

17Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber,

18Ishmerai, Izliah, Jobab, the sons of Elpaal,

19Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi,

20Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel,

21Adaiah, Beraiah, Shimrath, the sons of Shimei,

22Ishpan, Eber, Eliel,

23Abdon, Zichri, Hanan,

24Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah,

25Iphdeiah, Penuel, the sons of Shashak,

26Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah,

27Jaareshiah, Elijah, Zichri, and the sons of Jeroham.

28These were heads of fathers’ households throughout their generations, chief men. These lived in Jerusalem.

29The father of Gibeon, whose wife’s name was Maacah, lived in Gibeon

30with his firstborn son Abdon, Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab,

31Gedor, Ahio, Zecher,

32and Mikloth, who became the father of Shimeah. They also lived with their families in Jerusalem, near their relatives.

33Ner became the father of Kish. Kish became the father of Saul. Saul became the father of Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

34The son of Jonathan was Merib-baal. Merib-baal became the father of Micah.

35The sons of Micah: Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz.

36Ahaz became the father of Jehoaddah. Jehoaddah became the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri. Zimri became the father of Moza.

37Moza became the father of Binea. Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son.

38Azel had six sons, whose names are these: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

39The sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

40The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and grandsons, one hundred and fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.

1Ông Ben-gia-min sinh con đầu lòng là Be-la, con thứ là Át-bên, con thứ ba là Ác-rác,

2con thứ tư là Nô-khác, con thứ năm là Ra-pha.

3Ông Be-la có những người con sau đây : Át-đa, Ghê-ra, cha của Ê-hút,

4A-vi-su-a, Na-a-man, A-khô-ác,

5Ghê-ra, Sơ-phu-phan, Khu-ram.

6Đây là các con ông Ê-hút, những người đứng đầu các gia tộc tổ tiên của dân cư Ghe-va, và đã dẫn họ đi lưu đày tại Ma-na-khát :

7Na-a-man, A-khi-gia, Ghê-ra là người dẫn họ đi lưu đày ; ông đã sinh ra Út-da và A-khi-khút.

8Ông Sa-kha-ra-gim sinh con cái trong cánh đồng Mô-áp, sau khi đã rẫy các bà vợ của ông là Khu-sim và Ba-a-ra.

9Với bà vợ mới, ông sinh Giô-váp, Xíp-gia, Mê-sa, Man-cam,

10Giơ-úc, Xác-gia, Mia-ma. Đó là các con ông, những người đứng đầu các gia tộc.

11Với bà Khu-sim, ông sinh A-vi-túp, En-pa-an.

12Các con ông En-pa-an là Ê-ve, Mi-sơ-am, Se-mét ; ông này đã xây thành Ô-nô, thành Lốt và vùng phụ cận.

13Ông Bơ-ri-a và ông Se-ma là những người đứng đầu các gia tộc tại Ai-gia-lôn. Chính họ đã làm cho dân cư Gát phải trốn chạy.

14Giơ-rê-mốt,

15Dơ-vát-gia, A-rát, Ê-đe,

16Mi-kha-ên, Gít-pa và Giô-kha là các con của Bơ-ri-a.

17Dơ-vát-gia, Mơ-su-lam, Khít-ki, Khe-ve,

18Gít-mơ-rai, Gít-li-a và Giô-váp là các con của En-pa-an.

19Gia-kim, Dích-ri, Dáp-đi,

20Ê-li-e-nai, Xi-lơ-thai, Ê-li-ên,

21A-đa-gia, Bơ-ra-gia và Sim-rát là các con của Sim-y.

22Gít-pan, Ê-ve, Ê-li-ên,

23Áp-đôn, Dích-ri, Kha-nan,

24Kha-nan-gia, Ê-lam, An-thô-thi-gia,

25Gíp-đơ-gia và Pơ-nu-ên là các con của Sa-sắc.

26Sam-sơ-rai, Sơ-khác-gia, A-than-gia,

27Gia-a-rét-gia, Ê-li-gia và Dích-ri là các con của Giơ-rô-kham.

28Đó là những người đứng đầu các gia tộc theo dòng họ của mình. Họ cư ngụ tại Giê-ru-sa-lem.

29Cư ngụ tại Ghíp-ôn có : Giơ-y-ên cha của Ghíp-ôn ; vợ ông tên là Ma-a-kha,

30con đầu lòng của ông là Áp-đôn, rồi Xua, Kít, Ba-an, Na-đáp,

31Gơ-đo, Ác-giô, De-khe, Mích-lốt.

32Ông Mích-lốt sinh Sim-a ; cả các người này nữa, cũng như các anh em họ, đều cư ngụ tại Giê-ru-sa-lem cùng với anh em họ.

33Ông Ne sinh ra Kít, Kít sinh Sa-un, Sa-un sinh Giơ-hô-na-than, Man-ki Su-a, A-vi-na-đáp, Ét-ba-an.

34Con của Giơ-hô-na-than là Mơ-ríp-ba-an ; Mơ-ríp-ba-an sinh Mi-kha.

35Các con của Mi-kha là : Pi-thôn, Me-léc, Ta-rê-a, A-khát.

36A-khát sinh Giơ-hô-át-đa, Giơ-hô-át-đa sinh A-le-mét, Át-ma-vét, Dim-ri. Dim-ri sinh Mô-xa,

37Ra-pha con ông, En-a-xa con ông, A-xên con ông.

38Ông A-xên được sáu người con trai. Đây là tên của họ : Át-ri-cam con đầu lòng, rồi Gít-ma-ên, Sơ-ác-gia, Ô-vát-gia, Kha-nan. Tất cả những người đó đều là con ông A-xên.

39Các con ông Ê-séc, em ông, là : U-lam con đầu lòng, Giơ-út con thứ, Ê-li-phe-lét con thứ ba.

40Các con của U-lam là những người dũng cảm, biết giương cung và đều đông con nhiều cháu, đến một trăm năm mươi người. Tất cả những người ấy là con cháu ông Ben-gia-min.
