Ephesians

儿女和父母

1你们作儿女的，要在主里听从父母，这是理所当然的。

2「要孝敬父母，使你得福，在世长寿。」这是第一条带应许的诫命。

4你们作父亲的，不要惹儿女的气，只要照着主的教训和警戒养育他们。

仆人和主人

5你们作仆人的，要惧怕战兢，用诚实的心听从你们肉身的主人，好像听从基督一般。

6不要只在眼前事奉，像是讨人喜欢的，要像基督的仆人，从心里遵行 神的旨意。

7甘心事奉，好像服事主，不像服事人。

8因为晓得各人所行的善事，不论是为奴的，是自主的，都必按所行的得主的赏赐。

9你们作主人的，待仆人也是一理，不要威吓他们。因为知道，他们和你们同有一位主在天上；他并不偏待人。

与邪恶争战

10我还有末了的话：你们要靠着主，倚赖他的大能大力作刚强的人。

11要穿戴 神所赐的全副军装，就能抵挡魔鬼的诡计。

12因我们并不是与属血气的争战，乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。

13所以，要拿起 神所赐的全副军装，好在磨难的日子抵挡仇敌，并且成就了一切，还能站立得住。

14所以要站稳了，用真理当作带子束腰，用公义当作护心镜遮胸，

15又用平安的福音当作预备走路的鞋穿在脚上。

16此外，又拿着信德当作盾牌，可以灭尽那恶者一切的火箭；

17并戴上救恩的头盔，拿着圣灵的宝剑，就是 神的道；

18靠着圣灵，随时多方祷告祈求；并要在此警醒不倦，为众圣徒祈求，

19也为我祈求，使我得着口才，能以放胆开口讲明福音的奥秘，

20（我为这福音的奥秘作了带锁链的使者，）并使我照着当尽的本分放胆讲论。

祝福

21今有所亲爱、忠心事奉主的兄弟推基古，他要把我的事情，并我的景况如何全告诉你们，叫你们知道。

22我特意打发他到你们那里去，好叫你们知道我们的光景，又叫他安慰你们的心。

23愿平安、仁爱、信心从父 神和主耶稣基督归与弟兄们！

24并愿所有诚心爱我们主耶稣基督的人都蒙恩惠！

1The children! obey your parents in the Lord, for this is righteous;

2honour thy father and mother,

3which is the first command with a promise, 'That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live a long time upon the land.'

4And the fathers! provoke not your children, but nourish them in the instruction and admonition of the Lord.

5The servants! obey the masters according to the flesh with fear and trembling, in the simplicity of your heart, as to the Christ;

6not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but as servants of the Christ, doing the will of God out of soul,

7with good-will serving, as to the Lord, and not to men,

8having known that whatever good thing each one may do, this he shall receive from the Lord, whether servant or freeman.

9And the masters! the same things do ye unto them, letting threatening alone, having known that also your Master is in the heavens, and acceptance of persons is not with him.

10As to the rest, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might;

11put on the whole armour of God, for your being able to stand against the wiles of the devil,

12because we have not the wrestling with blood and flesh, but with the principalities, with the authorities, with the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, with the spiritual things of the evil in the heavenly places;

13because of this take ye up the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to resist in the day of the evil, and all things having done — to stand.

14Stand, therefore, having your loins girt about in truth, and having put on the breastplate of the righteousness,

15and having the feet shod in the preparation of the good-news of the peace;

16above all, having taken up the shield of the faith, in which ye shall be able all the fiery darts of the evil one to quench,

17and the helmet of the salvation receive, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the saying of God,

18through all prayer and supplication praying at all times in the Spirit, and in regard to this same, watching in all perseverance and supplication for all the saints —

19and in behalf of me, that to me may be given a word in the opening of my mouth, in freedom, to make known the secret of the good news,

20for which I am an ambassador in a chain, that in it I may speak freely — as it behoveth me to speak.

21And that ye may know — ye also — the things concerning me — what I do, all things make known to you shall Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful ministrant in the Lord,

22whom I did send unto you for this very thing, that ye might know the things concerning us, and that he might comfort your hearts.

23Peace to the brethren, and love, with faith, from God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ!

24The grace with all those loving our Lord Jesus Christ — undecayingly! Amen.
