The Song of Moses and the Lamb

1Then I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven: seven angels with the seven final plagues, with which the wrath of God is completed.

2And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, beside which stood those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name. They were holding harps from God,

3and they sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb: “Great and wonderful are Your works,O Lord God Almighty!Just and true are Your ways,O King of the nations!

4Who will not fear You, O Lord,and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy.All nations will come and worship before You,for Your righteous acts have been revealed.”

Preparation for Judgment

5After this I looked, and the temple—the tabernacle of the Testimony—was opened in heaven.

6And out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues, dressed in clean and bright linen and girded with golden sashes around their chests.

7Then one of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.

8And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power; and no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

1Tôi thấy một điềm khác ở trên trời, vừa lớn vừa lạ: bảy thiên sứ cầm bảy tai nạn sau cùng, vì bởi các tai nạn nầy làm hết cơn thạnh nộ của Đức Chúa Trời.

2Tôi thấy như biển bằng pha ly lộn với lửa, những kẻ đã thắng con thú và hình tượng nó cùng số của tên nó, đứng bên biển pha ly đó mà nâng đàn cầm của Đức Chúa Trời.

3Chúng hát bài ca Môi-se, là tôi tớ Đức Chúa Trời, và bài ca Chiên Con, mà rằng: Hỡi Chúa là Đức Chúa Trời Toàn năng, công việc Chúa lớn lao và lạ lùng thay! Hỡi Vua của muôn đời, đường lối Ngài là công bình và chân thật!

4Lạy Chúa, ai là kẻ không kính sợ và không ngợi khen danh Ngài? Vì một mình Ngài là thánh, mọi dân tộc sẽ đến thờ lạy trước mặt Ngài, vì các sự đoán xét Ngài đã được tỏ ra.

5Rồi đó, tôi nhìn xem, thấy trên trời có nơi thánh của đền tạm chứng cớ mở ra.

6Bảy vị thiên sứ cầm bảy tai nạn từ đền thờ đi ra, mặc áo gai trong sạch rực rỡ, và ngang ngực thắt đai vàng.

7Một con trong bốn con sanh vật ban cho bảy vị thiên sứ bảy cái bát bằng vàng đựng đầy sự thạnh nộ của Đức Chúa Trời, là Đấng hằng sống đời đời.

8Đền thờ bèn đầy những khói, vì cớ sự vinh hiển và oai quyền của Đức Chúa Trời; chẳng ai được vào đền thờ cho đến chừng nào bảy tai nạn của bảy thiên sứ được làm trọn.
