Psalms

For the Chief Musician, with the flutes. A Psalm by David.

1Give ear to my words, LORD.Consider my meditation.

2Listen to the voice of my cry, my King and my God,for I pray to you.

3LORD, in the morning you will hear my voice.In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.

4For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness.Evil can’t live with you.

5The arrogant will not stand in your sight.You hate all workers of iniquity.

6You will destroy those who speak lies.The LORD abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.

7But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will come into your house.I will bow towards your holy temple in reverence of you.

8Lead me, LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies.Make your way straight before my face.

9For there is no faithfulness in their mouth.Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb. They flatter with their tongue.

10Hold them guilty, God.Let them fall by their own counsels.Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions,for they have rebelled against you.

11But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice.Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them.Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.

12For you will bless the righteous.LORD, you will surround him with favour as with a shield.

1Lạy Chúa, xin nghiêng tai nghe tiếng con,lưu ý đến điều con thầm nguyện.

2Xin nghe con kêu xin cứu giúp, lạy Vua của con và Đức Chúa Trời của con,vì con chỉ cầu khẩn với Ngài.

3Xin nghe tiếng con vào buổi sáng, lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu.Mỗi sáng con kêu cầu Ngài cứu giúp và tin chắc Ngài sẽ nhậm lời.

4Ôi Đức Chúa Trời, Chúa không ưa việc gian ác;kẻ dữ làm sao sống với Ngài.

5Người kiêu ngạo chẳng đứng nổi trước mặt Chúa,vì Chúa ghét mọi người làm điều ác.

6Chúa diệt trừ người điêu ngoa dối trá.Chúa Hằng Hữu kinh tởm bọn sát nhân và lừa đảo.

7Về phần con, nhờ thiên ân vô hạn, sẽ được vào nhà Chúa;cung kính thờ phượng tại Đền Thờ Ngài.

8Xin dẫn con theo đường công chính, lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu,vì kẻ thù con lấn lướt con. Xin san bằng đường lối trước mặt con.

9Lời nói họ không thể nào tin được.Vì lòng họ chứa đầy mưu ác.Cổ họng mở ra như cửa mộ.Miệng lưỡi chúng chỉ chuyên dua nịnh.

10Ôi Đức Chúa Trời, xin tuyên án họ có tội.Cho họ sa vào mưu chước họ gài.Loại trừ họ vì tội họ nhiều vô kể,vì họ phạm tội phản loạn chống lại Ngài.

11Nhưng những ai nương mình trong Chúa;thì được an vui, mãi mãi hát mừng.Xin trải sự che chở Ngài trên họ,để những người yêu Danh Chúa mừng rỡ hân hoan.

12Vì Chúa ban phước cho người tin kính, lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu;ân huệ Ngài như khiên thuẫn chở che.
