(Thơ của Đa-vít, soạn cho nhạc trưởng)

1Xin Đức Chúa Trời vùng dậy, đánh tan thù nghịch.Để bọn người ghét Đức Chúa Trời phải tán loạn.

2Xin thổi họ lan như làn khói.Khiến họ tan như sáp chảy trong lửa. Để bọn gian ác tàn lụi khi Đức Chúa Trời hiện diện.

3Nhưng xin cho người công chính vui mừng.Xin cho họ hân hoan trước mặt Đức Chúa Trời. Xin cho họ trào dâng niềm hoan lạc.

4Hãy ngợi tôn Đức Chúa Trời và chúc tụng Danh Chúa,Hãy tôn cao Chúa, Đấng trên các tầng mây.Danh Ngài là Chúa Hằng Hữu—hãy hoan hỉ trước mặt Ngài.

5Đức Chúa Trời ngự trong nơi thánh,Ngài là Cha trẻ mồ côi, Đấng bênh vực người quả phụ,

6Đức Chúa Trời là nơi cho người cô đơn có tổ ấm gia đình;Ngài giải cứu người bị gông cùm xiềng xích và lưu đày bọn phản nghịch tới nơi đồng khô cỏ cháy.

7Lạy Đức Chúa Trời, khi Chúa dắt dân Ngài ra khỏi Ai Cập,và vào vùng hoang mạc,

8thì đất động, mưa to như thác đổtrước mặt Ngài, Đức Chúa Trời của Si-nai, trước Đức Chúa Trời, là Đức Chúa Trời của Ít-ra-ên.

9Chúa đã cho mưa dồi dào, lạy Đức Chúa Trời,đem tươi mát cho cơ nghiệp cằn cỗi.

10Dân Chúa tìm được nơi an định,và hưởng nhiều vụ mùa phong phú, lạy Đức Chúa Trời, Ngài cung ứng đủ nhu cầu cho người nghèo khổ.

11Chúa ra lệnh, vô số người tuân phục,loan tin mừng như đạo quân đông đảo.

12Các vua chúa và tướng lãnh đều bỏ chạy,các phụ nữ Ít-ra-ên chia nhau chiến lợi phẩm.

13Khi họ an nghỉ giữa chuồng chiên,sẽ như bồ câu cánh dát bạc, bộ lông nạm vàng ròng.

14Khi Đấng Toàn Năng đánh tan các vua,thì tuyết sa phủ trắng Núi Sanh-môn.

15Hỡi các dãy núi Ba-san hùng vĩ,với nhiều ngọn lởm chởm trong không trung.

16Sao ngươi nổi cơn ghen tị, hỡi các núi ghồ ghề,tại Núi Si-ôn, nơi Đức Chúa Trời chọn để ngự, phải, Chúa Hằng Hữu sẽ ở tại đó đời đời?

17Số chiến xa của Chúa nhiều hằng nghìn, hằng vạn,nghênh giá Chúa từ Núi Si-nai vào nơi thánh.

18Chúa đã lên nơi cao,dẫn đầu những người bị tù.Chúa đã nhận tặng vật của loài người,kể cả của bọn nổi loạn. Bây giờ, Chúa Hằng Hữu là Đức Chúa Trời sẽ ngự giữa họ.

19Ngợi tôn Chúa; chúc tụng Đức Chúa Trời, Đấng Cứu Độ chúng con!Vì mỗi ngày Chúa mang gánh nặng của chúng con.

20Đức Chúa Trời chúng con là Đức Chúa Trời Cứu Rỗi!Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao giải cứu chúng con khỏi nanh vuốt tử thần.

21Đức Chúa Trời giẫm nát đầu kẻ thù,nghiền nát sọ của người tiếp tục vi phạm.

22Chúa phán: “Ta sẽ đem dân Ta trở vềtừ núi Ba-san, từ đáy biển sâu.

23Các con, dân Ta, sẽ rửa chân mình trong máu quân thù,và ngay cả đàn chó cũng được chia phần thắng lợi!”

24Họ đã thấy Chúa uy nghi diễu hành, lạy Đức Chúa Trời,Cuộc diễu hành của Đức Chúa Trời và Vua con đi vào nơi thánh.

25Ban hợp ca đi trước, theo sau là các dàn nhạc;giữa là các thiếu nữ đánh trống cơm.

26Hãy chúc tụng Đức Chúa Trời, hỡi toàn dân Ít-ra-ên;hãy ngợi tôn Chúa Hằng Hữu của Ít-ra-ên.

27Kìa, đại tộc nhỏ nhất Bên-gia-min đi trước.Rồi với tất cả các hoàng tửGiu-đa, và các vương tử Sa-bu-luân và Nép-ta-li.

28Lạy Đức Chúa Trời, xin triệu tập lực lượng.Xin biểu dương sức mạnh, ôi Đức Chúa Trời, như Ngài đã từng thi thố.

29Vì Đền Thờ của Chúa đặt tại Giê-ru-sa-lem,các vua sẽ đem phẩm vật dâng hiến lên Ngài.

30Xin quở trách đội quân các nước—là những thú dữ trong lau sậy, và đàn bò rừng giữa bò con của các dân tộc.Xin hạ nhục bọn người dâng bạc.Xin đánh tan các đoàn dân hiếu chiến.

31Những phái đoàn sẽ đến từ Ai Cập;và Ê-thi-ô-pi để thần phục Ngài.

32Hãy ngợi tôn Đức Chúa Trời, hỡi các vương triều trên đất.Hãy hát mừng ca tụng Chúa không thôi.

33Ngài cưỡi trên các tầng trời từ vạn cổ,tiếng phán Ngài vang động khắp nơi.

34Hãy rao ra quyền năng của Đức Chúa Trời.Oai nghi Ngài tỏa sáng trên Ít-ra-ên; sức mạnh Chúa uy nghi trên các tầng trời.

35Đức Chúa Trời thật đáng kính sợ trong nơi thánh.Chính Đức Chúa Trời của Ít-ra-ên ban quyền năng và sức mạnh cho dân Ngài. Chúc tụng Đức Chúa Trời!

1Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

2As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

3But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

4Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.

5A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

6God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

7O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:

8The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

9Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.

10Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.

11The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

12Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.

13Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

14When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as snow in Salmon.

15The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan.

16Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the LORD will dwell in it for ever.

17The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.

18Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.

19Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

20He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.

21But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.

22The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the depths of the sea:

23That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same.

24They have seen thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.

25The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with timbrels.

26Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.

27There is little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah and their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.

28Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

29Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.

30Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people that delight in war.

31Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.

32Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah:

33To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.

34Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.

35O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
