Ngợi Tôn Sự Phán Xét và Sự Cứu Rỗi

1Lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu, con sẽ tôn vinh Chúa và ca ngợi Danh Ngài,vì Ngài là Đức Chúa Trời của con.Ngài đã làm những việc diệu kỳ!Ngài đã hoạch định chương trình ấy từ xưa, và nay Ngài thực hiện đúng như đã hứa.

2Ngài đã biến các thành phố thành những đống phế thải.Tường thành kiên cố ra cảnh điêu tàn.Dinh thự xinh đẹp của các nước sụp đổvà sẽ chẳng bao giờ được tái thiết.

3Vì thế các cường quốc sẽ công bố vinh quang Chúa,các thành của các dân tộc bạo ngược sẽ khiếp sợ Chúa.

4Lạy Chúa, Chúa là nơi ẩn náu cho người nghèo,là nơi che chở cho người thiếu thốn trong lúc gian nguy,nơi cư trú trong cơn bão tố,và là bóng mát giữa cơn nóng thiêu.Vì kẻ tàn bạo thổi hơi ra như bão đập vào bức tường,

5như hơi nóng trong hoang mạc.Nhưng Chúa sẽ làm im tiếng gào thét của dân ngoại quốc.Như giải trừ hơi nóng hoang mạc bằng bóng mây,để cho bài hát của kẻ bạo tàn phải nín lặng.

Trên Núi của Chúa

6Trong Giê-ru-sa-lem, Chúa Hằng Hữu Vạn Quânsẽ ban một đại tiệc đầy đủ mỹ vị cho tất cả dân tộc trên thế giới.Một yến tiệc với thịt béo và rượu thượng hạng.

7Tại đó Chúa sẽ dẹp bỏ đám mây của bóng tối,là bóng của sự chết che khắp mặt đất.

8Chúa sẽ nuốt sự chết mãi mãi!Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao sẽ lau nước mắt khỏi mọi mặt. Ngài sẽ trừ bỏ mọi sỉ nhục và nhạo báng của dân Ngài trên khắp đất. Chúa Hằng Hữu đã phán vậy!

9Ngày ấy, người ta sẽ nói:“Đây là Đức Chúa Trời chúng tôi!Chúng tôi đã tin cậy Ngài, và Ngài đã cứu chúng tôi! Đây là Chúa Hằng Hữu, Đấng chúng tôi tin cậy. Chúng tôi hân hoan vui mừng trong sự cứu rỗi của Ngài!”

10Vì tay phước lành của Chúa Hằng Hữu sẽ đặt trên Giê-ru-sa-lem.Nhưng Mô-áp sẽ bị chà đạp. Nó sẽ như rơm rác trộn trong hố phân.

11Đức Chúa Trời sẽ hạ người Mô-ápnhư người bơi lội bị tay Ngài dìm xuống nước.Chúa sẽ chấm dứt sự kiêu ngạovà mọi việc gian ác của chúng nó.

12Chúa sẽ lật đổ các pháo đài kiên cốxây trên các tường lũy cao ngất, và ném tất cả xuống đất, xuống cát bụi.

1O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

2For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.

3Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.

4For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

5Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.

6¶ And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

7And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

8He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

9¶ And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

10For in this mountain shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.

11And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands.

12And the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.
