Giáo Sư Giả

1Nếu xưa kia, đã có nhiều tiên tri giả, thì ngày nay trong vòng anh chị em cũng sẽ có những giáo sư giả xuất hiện. Họ khéo léo dạy những giáo lý giả trá về Đức Chúa Trời, chối bỏ cả Đấng Chủ Tể đã chuộc họ, nhưng họ sẽ sớm rước lấy kết cuộc thảm khốc.

2Nhiều người sẽ theo tà thuyết ấy, sống bừa bãi phóng túng, làm cho Chúa Cứu Thế và Đạo Ngài bị chê cười.

3Các giáo sư giả sẽ bịa đặt nhiều chuyện để trục lợi anh chị em hầu thỏa mãn lòng tham. Nhưng Đức Chúa Trời đã lên án họ từ lâu và họ đang đi đến chỗ bị tiêu diệt.

4Đức Chúa Trời đã không dung thứ các thiên sứ phạm tội, nhưng quăng họ vào hỏa ngục, giam họ trong chốn tối tăm để đợi ngày phán xét.

5Đức Chúa Trời đã chẳng chừa một ai lúc Ngài dùng cơn đại nạn tiêu diệt thế giới vô đạo, ngoại trừ Nô-ê, người truyền giảng Đạo công chính, với bảy người trong gia đình.

6Về sau, Đức Chúa Trời thiêu hủy hai thành Sô-đôm và Gô-mô-rơ ra tro bụi, và xóa hai thành ấy khỏi mặt đất, để làm gương cho những người vô đạo thời sau.

7Nhưng Đức Chúa Trời đã cứu Lót ra khỏi Sô-đôm, vì ông là một người công chính, tâm hồn ông bị giày vò vì lối sống vô luân của những người gian ác chung quanh mình.

8Đúng vậy, Lót là người công chính, linh hồn ông bị dằn vặt bởi những điều tội lỗi ông đã thấy và nghe diễn ra hằng ngày.

9Như vậy, Chúa biết giải cứu người tin kính khỏi cơn cám dỗ, còn người vô đạo đến ngày phán xét sẽ bị Ngài hình phạt.

10Ngài đặc biệt nghiêm khắc với những người sống buông thả theo dục vọng xấu xa. Những người kiêu căng, liều lĩnh, dám khinh mạn cả các bậc uy linh.

11Ngay như các thiên sứ đứng chầu trước mặt Chúa, dù quyền uy phép tắc cao hơn các giáo sư giả biết bao, cũng không hề nói một lời bất kính nào xúc phạm đến các bậc đó.

12Họ chẳng khác thú vật vô tri như sinh ra chỉ sống theo bản năng, rồi cuối cùng bị tiêu diệt. Họ cười nhạo thế giới quỷ thần vô hình mà họ chẳng biết chút gì, để rồi sau này bị tiêu diệt với các ác quỷ.

13Tội lỗi họ đem lại kết cuộc thảm khốc, vì ngày này qua tháng khác họ mê mải ăn chơi. Họ là một mối nhục và vết nhơ cho anh chị em. Họ lừa gạt anh chị em, một mặt sống trong tội lỗi nhơ nhuốc, một mặt chễm chệ ngồi dự bữa tiệc yêu thương của anh chị em, ra vẻ con người thật thà.

14Cặp mắt háo sắc của họ lúc nào cũng nhìn ngang liếc dọc, không hề chán chê sắc dục. Họ coi chuyện quyến rũ đàn bà con gái nhẹ dạ như một trò đùa. Họ ích kỷ, tham lam nên đã bị Đức Chúa Trời lên án, nguyền rủa.

15Họ đã bỏ đường ngay để đi vào nẻo tà, như Ba-la-am, con trai Bê-ô, đã vì tham tiền mà làm việc phi nghĩa.

16Nhưng Ba-la-am đã bị con lừa ngăn cản hành động điên rồ, khi nó nói ra tiếng người, la rầy quở trách ông.

17Những bọn này như suối khô nước, như mây bị gió đùa, chỉ còn chờ đợi số phận tối tăm đời đời nơi hỏa ngục.

18Họ khoe khoang những hành vi hư hỏng của mình, và lấy khoái lạc xác thịt làm mồi nhử những người vừa thoát khỏi cuộc sống xấu xa, kéo họ trở lại con đường tội lỗi.

19Họ chủ trương và truyền bá chủ nghĩa tự do; thật ra, họ đang làm nô lệ cho sự đồi trụy. Vì hễ người ta bị thứ gì chủ trị, là làm nô lệ cho thứ đó.

20Khi một người đã thoát khỏi nếp sống tội lỗi của trần gian nhờ biết Chúa Giê-xu là Đấng cứu rỗi mình, mà còn trở về tội lỗi, làm nô lệ cho nó một lần nữa, thì còn tệ hại hơn trước.

21Chẳng thà đừng biết gì về sự công chính, còn hơn là biết, rồi sau đó lại từ bỏ những điều răn thánh đã truyền cho mình.

22Thật đúng như lời tục ngữ “Chó quay lại ăn đồ đã mửa.”Và: “Heo tắm rửa rồi lăn vào bùn.”

1But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

3And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

4For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

5And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

6And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

7And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

8(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

9The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

10But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

11Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

12But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

13And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

14Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

15Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

16But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

17These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

18For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

19While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

20For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
